HATHA YOGA & YAMUNA BODY ROLLING

   Join Alison for a committed ten    weeks of practice combining Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) with Hatha Yoga. YBR uses small balls and specific routines to lengthen muscles, stimulate bone, restore alignment, improve posture, heal injuries, increase strength and release tension.  The combination of YBR with Yoga (exploration of postures, conscious breathing and meditation) provides a balanced approach to opening the body, creating flexibility, strength and an experience of deep relaxation, helping you to approach life with a quiet mind and calm heart.                  

Tuesdays from April 3rd to June 5th, 2012 (10 sessions)

9:00 am to 10:30am – Gentle Yoga & Body Rolling

This 90 minute class is appropriate for those wanting a more gentle approach to yoga and body rolling.

Cost: $150 for ten sessions (plus HST)

7:00 pm to 9:00pm – Yoga and Body Rolling

 This 120 minute class is appropriate for those wanting to deepen their yoga practice and take the impact out of their body from other physical activities.  There will be a strong focus on standing poses.

Cost: $200 for ten sessions (plus HST)

Participants with ten class cards with HYBR may use the monetary value remaining on their card towards the registration fees or continue to use their cards towards any drop in classes on the SOL YOGA schedule.  Please contact Alison to discuss other arrangements.
